Refund policy
If your product arrives defective or you received something different from what you ordered, we'll issue a full refund. To qualify, contact us within one week of the product arriving at your door.
How to request a refund:
1. Email us at customersupport@stickyjams.net with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. For defective items, please include a photo so we can resolve it quickly.
3. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days of approval.
Items damaged from normal use, or returned outside the one-week window, are not eligible for refund.
